2. CIAN Ordination Candidates
Ministers Desiring Ordination With CIAN

The candidate and (CIAN) begin to walk in relationship prior to ordination. It is our conviction that ordination is like marriage and that each party should be convinced that the marriage is not only for reproduction but for relationship and support.

Pastors should expect to have CIAN Apostolic/Prophetic Teams minister in their local churches several times during the ordination process to begin establishing relationship.

Candidates for ordination are expected to be involved in continuing education which will serve to develop the call of God upon their lives.

Those who have been accepted as valid ordination candidates by a letter of acceptance will walk in relationship and accountability while pursuing ordination. Ordination candidates should begin to meet all relational and financial qualifications as listed under Ordination Requirements.

Ordination candidates should attend CIAN Regional Ministers Meetings to establish relationship with other ministers within the Network. These meetings will provide a basis for apostolic and prophetic oversight and accountability. Candidates will receive the leadership of CIAN as well as the designated leadership within the region.

3. CIAN ORDINATION
Ordained members of (CIAN) will be those who desire to participate in a committed relationship. They relate themselves to CIAN in a spirit of hearty cooperation and fellowship for covering, critique, evaluation, and accountability in their personal lives and ministries. They personally seek God that He might establish His prophetic purpose in them that they might be a living personification of His purpose to all with whom they come into contact. Their goal is mature ministry and seeing integrity, honor, purpose, and place restored to the fivefold ministry. Ordained ministers are encouraged to attend CI seminars and workshops at least twice each year.

Specifically, candidates for ordination are those who are in full-time ministry and whose conviction is to be committed and related to CIAN as their primary source for apostolic/prophetic covering, relationship, accountability, and training.

Ordination with CIAN is by anointed prophetic presbytery with full commissioning, activation, and release. Ordination with CIAN also means entering into a relationship of apostolic and prophetic accountability, covering, and responsibility. Members ordained by CIAN may be recommended as approved ministers and afforded other privileges associated with such ordination.

Recertification of Ordained Ministers: Ministers will have their certification reviewed each year. This will provide an opportunity to evaluate our relationship and re-examine our association to establish that we are still moving together in the same vision.
