The governmental capital--Washington, DC
The military capital--the Pentagon in Virginia

Therefore, Apostles Steven and Melodye Hilton recognize the unique mandate for the building and establishing of CIAN-MA churches and ministers that their apostolic and prophetic voices might be released, influencing the nation and establishing the manifested Kingdom of God in each sphere of influence.

As an apostolic/prophetic team, Steve and Melodye have a heart to see believers of every age activated and equipped to fulfill their destiny through the development of their calling and character.

Steven and Melodye were ordained under Christian International at the conception of CIAN, and from that time they have been committed to Bishop and the vision of CIAN.
