On Campus Courses

First Year Courses:

Bible and Bible Study Methods - This course gives students a greater desire to know and understand the Word of God.  Various methods of interpretation and Bible study are covered.

sPrayer, Intercession and Spiritual Warfare - The individual areas of prayer, intercession and spiritual warfare are studied, and an understanding of how they work together is given.  Students are activated into deeper levels of prayer.

Principles of Praise and Worship - A study of biblical principles of worship, present truth worship and what it means to us today.  Students will have an opportunity to participate in worship, pursuing God with a heart of David.

The Purpose and Destiny of the Church - A panoramic view of the Church; why God has a Church and His purpose and plan for His Church.  

Practical Christianity - As this study of basic doctrines in Christianity progresses this course discusses what Christians believe and how to live out those beliefs in the challenges of every day life. 

Prophets and Personal Prophecy - Understanding personal prophecy and the purpose for the prophetic today is covered in this course.  Students have the opportunity to learn about the prophetic as they experience activating their prophetic gift.

Counseling & Deliverance - A study of prophetic counseling and deliverance.  Areas covered include: sins of the father’s and resulting curses, soul spirit hurts, ungodly beliefs, demonic oppression, and deliverance from these areas.   Course includes time of instruction, activation and impartation.

Spiritual Authority - Students learn the dynamics of Spiritual Authority in the Kingdom of God: how to be in authority and under authority.  There is an understanding of how correctly submitting to godly authority positions the believer in a place of blessing.

sMinistry Training I – Learn to be part of a ministry team within the local church.  Emphasis is on prophetic ministry.

Mentoring I – Build relationships with mentors who are a part of Christian International Ministries Network.  Work with them to address individual character development while studying Dr. Hamon’s “10 Ms of Ministry”

Spiritual Development I – Student is postioned to allow God to bring His identity and purpose to them as they yield their heart to Him through teaching, reading and journaling.

 

Second Year Courses:

Introduction to the Old Testament - A study of the origination of the Old Testament, review of Old Testament History, and overview of each book in the Old Testament.

Christ of the Gospels - As students study the life of Christ they learn what he did in living that revolutionized the world and how that effects our Christian walk today. 

sIndividual Leadership Development - Principles of effective leadership from a personal perspective are studied.

Practical Theology - This is an advanced study of the doctrines of Christianity and how these doctrines apply to the life of a believer today.

Marriage and Family - This course teaches how to balance ministry, marriage and family responsibilities and relationships.

Saints in the Marketplace - This is a study of the Saint’s Movement, why it is happening today, and how each believer has a place and responsibility to fulfill this move of God.   It provides an overview and better understanding of God’s Kingdom principles for both our individual lives and the marketplace.

Prophets, and the Prophetic Movement-  This course is designed to give the student a basic understanding of theology and the prophetic movement and its impact today on the Church and the Kingdom of God.

Hermeneutics for Today - A study of the techniques and science of Bible interpretation.  Students will be challenged as they learn to “dig into” the Word and spend time to have greater understanding of it. Students are shown how to interpret the Bible by considering geography, customs and the audience to whom it was written, and the importance of accurate interpretation in the life of the believer today.

sMinistry Training II – Learn to be part of a ministry team within the local church.  Students may choose an area of involvement within the local church.  Apply prophetic principles in all areas of ministry.  Travel with ministers to gain experience at other churches and outside “the four walls” of the local church. 

Mentoring II – Work with a class mentor to write personal vision.  Build relationship with traveling ministers allowing them to help student develop personal ministry style.

Spiritual Development II – Students go to the next level of personal development and deeper relationship with the Lord as they focus on the area of finances, developing godly values toward money and integrity with the use of finances.

 

Third Year Courses:

sIntroduction to the New Testament - A study of the origination fo the New Testament, its history, and overview of each book in the New Testament

Corporate Leadership - this course teaches how to practically apply the principles of effective leadership.

Apostles and Prophets - This course discusses the role of the apostle and the prophet and how they function in the church; relate to one another, other five-fold offices and the corporate Body of Christ.

Life of Apostle Paul - A biography of Apostle Paul, and how his background uniquely prepared him to minister to the gentiles. What happened during his years of ministry is presented.

Methods of Preaching & Teaching - Preaching and teaching methods including style, content and presentation are discussed and demonstrated.

  

Romans: Truth & Grace -  A look at the book of Romans and what it means for today. How the doctrines taught in the book of Romans can be applied to living an effective, victorious Christian life.

Pastoring in the 21st Century – Practical training in how to meet the needs of the people in a contemporary church. How to plant a church and develop plans for church growth.

OT: Kingdom Strategies - Based on the Old Testament books, Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther.  This course will look at how the Kingdom was rebuilt in Old Testament times, after Israel had been in captivity.  Discussion will also include how the Church today can apply the principles used by Israel as they rebuilt.

sMinistry Training III -  Students continue to be part of a ministry team within the local church.  They may choose to be involved in a new area of ministry or stay involved in the same area, training to become leaders within that area.

Mentoring III – Work with a mentor to develop individual vision and prepare a plan of action.  Select a specific area within the local church or CI Ministries Network to receive additional mentoring and experience.  Participate in 2 – 3 special 3rd year ministry opportunities.

Spiritual Development III – Continue in personal development of character and relationship with the Lord in the area of understanding how to be in a place of delegated authority.
